Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you are not completely happy, please contact us to discuss in the first instance. We will happily give you a refund for any items that you return within 7 days of purchase, providing that it has not been used.
If items are damaged on arrival, please retain all original packaging as this will be required for us to make a claim from the Royal Mail.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage for any items returned. Buzzy Bee Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for items posted back but not received.
